Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled we’ll send you another email that your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
If for some reason that you do not receive email confirmation within 2 days of placing your order to let us know and contact us by phone or email.
We ship within the US and Canada. All orders are processed as soon as it is received. Orders received over the weekend are processed the next business day. We have no control of the shipping time once the product leaves the warehouse. Please phone or email us if you have an urgent request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping within the Continental US
We ship to all 48 States by US Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Shipping charges will show up during Checkout Process (Step 2-Shipping & Payment) and before you select your payment method.
Shipping coast to coast may take 6-9 days.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska by US Postal Service or FedEx Ground. Shipping charges will show up during Checkout Process (Step 2-Shipping & Payment) and before you select your payment method.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take 8-12 business days.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada by US Postal Service or FedEx International Ground. Shipping charges will show up during Checkout Process (Step 2-Shipping & Payment) and before you select your payment method.
Shipping to Canada may take 6-10 business days.
The shipping fees do not include any duty, import tariff fees or sales taxes. These fees are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
New Jersey residents are responsible for 6.625% Sales Tax. Customers that select local pickup will be charged NJ Sales Tax regardless of their home address.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product provided that item is in original new condition and returned in its original packaging. Original manufacturers packaging must be in new condition.
All returned items will be charged 15% restocking fee.
We can only refund you the bike cost and not the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your account will be credited only upon receipt of acceptable goods.
